Kickboxing

Kickboxing adds the legs: roundhouse kicks, teeps, knees and the clinch. It works everything, opens up your hips, and keeps your head busy so the hour flies.

This is for you if

  • You box already and want to add kicks
  • You want flexibility and conditioning in one session
  • You are a teenager or adult who wants proper martial arts training

What we do in a session

  • Dynamic stretching for hips and hamstrings
  • Kick technique on the pads
  • Combination rounds, hands and legs together
  • Conditioning and a stretch to finish

Questions people ask me

I am not flexible. Can I still kick?
Yes. Kicks start low and go higher as your hips open. The flexibility comes from training, you do not need it before you start.
